By accessing the www.peruadventurestours.com website (our website), you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and are agreeing to be bound by all of PAYMENT METHODS of use.
PERU ADVENTURE TOURS provide service under Authorizations by the Peruvian government. All our tours are needs 50% of deposit as first payment according the cost each tour.
PERU ADVENTURE TOURS and their legal representatives needs all official documents/permits to be registered, approved and autorized by each comercial institution located within or out Peruvian territory as www.paypal.com www.westernunion.com, www.interbank.com.pe

TRACKING YOUR PAYMENT

All pre-deposits or payments for any service in favor of our company will be legally registered through our director and manager Mr. Gilbert Saul Ceron Carrasco (Peruvian), through any method mentioned on our website or directly at our local offices.

PRICING

All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change at any time of the year and without notice because of new Government regulations and changes. Prices are based on one person, in a double occupancy room, unless otherwise specified. Thanks to the excellent relations with our supplier Hotels, Transport companies and Operators in general, are highly competitive and are valid for all 2023.
When you make the final payment in cash in US Dollars notes will not accept very old, broken, or glued bills. Banks in Peru do not accept deteriorated bills for security reasons. We recommend that you do not accept bills in this condition and you will avoid problems when you go to change to local currency (Nuevo Sol).

PAYMENTS METHODS

In order to ensure reservations for hotels, flights, bus tickets, guides equipment, biking, climbing, trekking, etc and to cover our administration costs we require a 50% of deposit as first payment. The other 50% of trip cost you will pay 30 days before begin the trip.

A global transfer service has a large network of offices around the world. If using this system to pay for any of our services see below three steps to arrange your first deposit:
First Step: Find a local agent in your city through internet.
Second Step: Go there to the local agent, ask them the appropriate form, and fill out give it to the agent. Provide them the cash to be wired to us.

Another option to arrange your payment through is using your VISA & MASTERCARD online, this service is available through
www.westernunion.com If you use this option you must be registered with them and also this transaction takes time for us to receive/pick up your money from their local office in Peru, but is good option in for people don’t like to find a physical office in town.
With this method we don't charge any commission but in your country you must to pay commission to Western Union according the total amount of money you send us as first payment for the tour/service. The price of tour/service doesn’t include the money wire service. We recommend you ask them how much they will charge to wire the money.

Additional fees are associated when you use this method of Payment, ask you bank how much will be the fees before you transfer the money to our bank account.
Deposits are to be paid into our bank accounts and all bank transfer fees are to be paid direct by the client. If making a deposit from abroad, the bank will charge you a fixed rate for your transaction.
As soon as your bank transaction had been made, we will send you an e-mail confirmation once your booking is confirmed. The e-mailed voucher and the Bank Transfer Voucher will be your guarantee to get all the services booking from our company.

GUARANTEE SERVICE

At the time you confirm the deposit 50% payment for any service, we will register your complete name, passport number (as these appear on your valid passport), tour name and date. This register will be the guarantee for your tour or service provided by PERU ADVENTURE TOURS.
