CLIMBING TOUR TO VOLCAN MISTI AND CHACHANI MOUNTAIN $346 USD Per Person - Group Service

Challenge For Mountaineers conquering The active Volcano and Snow Mountain In 3 Days – 2 Nights

EL MISTI VOLCANO AND CHACHANI SNOW-MOUNTAIN
Arequipa is ideally positioned fo a variety of ascents, many of them not technically challenging to volcano summits and mighty Andes peaks. Climbers in good physical condition can summits in ascents of 3 days, 2 days or less.
Climbers should be sufficiently acclimatized prior to making any ascents: if the climbers expend several days in Cusco or Puno before arriving in Arequipa should be fine. The best season for climbing is July through September.
El Misti, a nearby 5,850M (19,499ft) volcano, dominates the Arequipa landscape from distance of about 20km (12 miles). El Misti Volcan is a demanding 1, 2 or 3 days high trek with few technical challenges. It is suitable for inexperienced climbers accompanied by Professional Mountain guides provide by PERU ADVENTURE TOURS.
Arequipa's other volcano is Chachani (6,075M/20,200ft), just in the northwest of Misti volcano also presents an excellent and technically straightforward climb, a good opportunity for inexperienced climbers to brag about reaching the highest summit near of Arequipa.
Chachani, in contrast, still retains its icy covering, tough this too is fast disappearing. The fact that Chachani tops the magic 6000M marks has led to a growing number of climbers on the mountain.
Remember that both summits are 5000M of altitude and this combined with climbing on snow or ice, makes it hard going for the untrained. Before to intent to climb any high mountain we recommend to take your time to get good acclimatize.
